This virtual workshop is designed to equip participants with the practical tools needed to identify and walk through corrective emotional experiences with your clients.

  • Understand what corrective emotional experiences are.

  • Learn how to identify barriers to accessing them.

  • Assimilate how corrective emotional experiences manifest within the therapeutic relationship and understand the clinician’s role.

  • Obtain tools to support clients in processing and applying the insights that are gained as a result.

Upon attendance of the workshop and completion of the post workshop survey, participants will receive a certificate reflecting their fulfillment of the workshop via email within 48 hours.

Kevin Angulo, LPC is a Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice. He has experience working with all walks of life and have found overlapping presenting problems, that reflect our shared human experience. So many of the individuals we see have fears around intimacy. Whether rooted in a fear of judgment, manipulation or abandonment, these fears create obstacles to authentic living. The therapeutic relationship in and of itself can be liberating to clients and serves as a vehicle for healing, growth and corrective emotional change.
